you could actually get it lower. Do you not know that the base price on the Genesis is $22,000. And on top of that this car is brand new and of course there's going to be the dealer which there going to charge you for an absurd amount. They you calculate tax and title and everything, comes around that price. But then again you can haggle it a bit down like me.
