yup it is ... im not looking for alot of power and i got sent 2 turbo kits for the price of one ... im NOT complaining ... when one thing goes ... a replacement is right there waiting ..... and by then i should be able to upgrade a lil as i go . .. but for 7-8 psi i think it will do justttt fine and to top it of xs power is sending me 200 $ for pictures of the turbo installed for there website .... i got a deal i dont care if its ebay or NOT!
