Default Out with the eS and in with the iC - Dirty South Story Series

Good friend went from 325e to 325eS and now up to a 1987 Grey Market 325iC!

Went down to Alabama to get it. Was quite the night and then morning. I installed front coilovers during the day. Nick and Shawn came over to help remove the hardtop to install the rear coilover setup. We had to adjust the rear twice from horrible rubbing. We found out we had some tire issues with the ACS wheels so we rocked the 15" stockers down to Birmingham! Ballin!

    We're Off!

    Birmingham Here We Come!!!

What do we have here on 285 West??? Hot Fire!!!

    Fatty Lunch For 3

Nicks disgusting "Churger" that he makes... GROSS!!!

Nick conquered the Churger and now feels sick!

Me chilling in the back - Nick Driving - Shawn riding shotgun

    Now we are getting somewhere!

    Getting Closer!!!

    Closer...

And we have what we came for!

Rolling Euro Style On the way back to the A!

Get it home and what to do? Wash it and put your wheels on... Duh!

The sound it made. I got a boner. I talked with the owner while cruising down 285. I passed him my card and he said he would call His watch was worth more than my 328iC...

The GSX was never sold as a convertible.

Having GSX on a GS is the same as having Type R on a GSR.

Besides misbadging, i like the look. Big wheels that are not too big looks nice and that car works.

Your picture stories are pretty cool and interesting.

I'd love to pick up an iC E30 to play with, but not sure if I want to sell the integra to get one. lol

I try to keep it at least semi-constructive outside of the whoreslounge, lol.

Were the euro bumpers just a factory option or are they actually like (forgive me) jdm parts?

    Essentially they are JDM

The instrument cluster is in KPH. The on board computer is all in german. It has weird options on interior lighting and when you can roll windows up and such. The bumpers are euro bumpers and not the HUGE chrome 5mph that BMW put on for US cars in the 80s. They are super rare in the US.

It was federalized when it came over. The side markers are one thing they did.
