    a buddy picked up the TT the other day so we took some pics, more to come suspension, chip, and exhaust

    nice, i used to have the same exact one, 225 quattro, but at 65k miles my timing belt went, pretty much screwed my whole head, eurotech made some money from me that day, lol

    same thing happened to mine.. stupid fucking cheapass Audi and cheapass timing belt/timing tensioner

Audi made a faulty, cheap, plastic timing tensioner and it is known to fail. which causes major engine failure. dont believe me go to the Audi forums and see for your self . plus Audi maintenance costs a shit load..

    So why not CHANGE IT WHEN IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED PER THE SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE.

    So if your manual told you to change the timing belt every 5,000 miles you would do it??? I say don't fix if it ain't broke...

    I'd skip the chip and do a 28R or the sort for cheap. I.M.O it's not worth the money to chip it to overwork the stock turd that's on there to barely go any faster.

    Timing belts are in fact gay, one reason i'll skip out on owning ANY 1.8T
