    Thats fucked up his insurance company wouldn't reimburse him for mods. Even Progressive paid up for my mods when I totaled my Civic. And looking on what he had, he should have gotten all of his money back because if you upgrade a car and spend more money on the upgrade than what its worth with a factory part (of course u have to add custom modifications to your policy), they have to pay u for it.
