You can play that card on both sides. You have punk ass kids who purposely antagonize police officers because they think it's funny. Funny you mention the Oakland shooting. Last month, 4 officers were were killed over a routine traffic stop. I don't think they were being abusive over their power.

Alot of cops do not screw people over, it's more of people who make mountains out of mole hills, and it happens on IA all the time.
ie: "Oh man, some stupid cop busted me for speeding 15+mph over, what a dick, how do I get out of it?" you see that type of thread all the time on here...I speed just like anyone else, and when I get caught, I just tell the officer I understand and it's my mistake, but why fight when you are guilty? to think you are fighting the system? bc you are sticking it to the man?
What alot of the younger kids tend to forget is, there are such a thing as rules and regulations and without them the world would be run amuck and all these pansy asses talking shlt would've been raped long ago by some pedo or beaten for milk money....
you have cases where police officers are abusive over their power, but you have alot of cases where people are not worried about laws or law enforcement and do what they want anyways. Goto freaking youtube and I'm sure you are gonna find ALOT more videos of punks antagonizing law enforcement vs police antagonizing the public.

i have to side with copyright on this one.... what you guys need to realize is that the officers are out there and they're paid to enforce the laws, codes, and regulations. the majority of the time, if you get pulled over, you're either doing something you shouldnt be, or were recently doing something. and before you say "oh you've never had a bad experience blah blah blah" let me tell you yes the hell i have! it was actually just a few weeks ago. i was arrested for racing while driving my grandmother's 2002 camry. is that what i was doing? absolutely not! but that being said, i've had WAY MORE good encounters with the police than i have bad. just because one officer goes off on a power trip doesnt mean every cop is like that.
well thats your experiences sir. personally, i can count the positive experiences with cops on one hand. i was pulled over for no seat belt, when i had my seatbelt on with my fiance and daughter with me. these bastards search my completely stock mazda 929 for no f*cking reason. my car was stolen and they didnt even come to my house to fill out a report. my best friends b/f hit her and the motherf*ckers didnt even arrest him. f*ck cops. im glad the car got tatted. i hope it happens again...and again...again. i understand your position on it, but thats your opinion and this is mine.
