yep. i'm a ricer that paid over $2500 for a pretty blue box![]()
Who knows?
i dont get it? what is the point of painting it when you cant see it? not only that why would you post it?
HF
You will see it if I put it on the car, I will be tuning it so it will be visible.Originally Posted by csmiths
I posted a thread for others to post theirs as well, not just mine.

YOU'RE ACTUALLY CALLING SOMEONE A RICER? WOW........Originally Posted by CGevan

Soooo I think the douche finally took some hormone replacement and went the fuck on with his PMSing. Since when can someone not state an opinion in a nice manner and get away with it?! OHHHHH WAIT! I forgot this was IA for a second....LOL
Point was with semi-cliffs: Evan posts a simple statement about not prefering something and then all shit breaks loose when a tard gets all butt hurt over his (i hope) out of boredom painted ECU cover....
I mean....you wont be able to see it sooner or later soooo....not like that makes it RICE?!
Anyways...I am done!![]()
I think.....![]()
wow. really? lol.
I don't know if I would define it as rice, but definitely pointless unless you are going to strip you car of all the trim pieces so the ECU will be exposed. However, it is still something I wouldn't waste any time on.
UGA: Everybody is laughing at us this year.
something different at least i see no problems with it at all

Do you not realize you just proved I'm not so dumb for doing something to my ECU? Thanks though, Pookie.Originally Posted by OG-Skinny

But a decently big name brand makes a cover... so...Originally Posted by OG-Skinny

1) You painted the bottom of your ECU, the side that bolts to the car.Originally Posted by CGevan
2) The only time time i've ever seen a clear ECU cover is on stripped track cars where it's bolted to a roll cage and clearly visible.
I just feel like being a smart ass, so...Originally Posted by OG-Skinny

I generally paint the other side of the rimsOriginally Posted by speedminded

Why are pressure plates painted? lol

Brand recognition. Then when someone pays a ton extra for an after market part they generally don't want it to look just like the stock one that is getting pulled off. The color normally determines the brand.Originally Posted by CGevan

Nothing educational is coming out of this thread. Let the man paint his ECU in peace.
^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle
Lmao* man watches two people argue from afar and can't tell who's the fool*
Wipes eyes and its the person who is fighting to have painted never seen parts....lol
Listen paint what you want and keep it to yourself unless you prefer to add to the bullshit that floats via the internet
oh yeah... i've been thinking of painting the inside of my door with some chameleon paint. this thread has really pushed me to go ahead and do it.
mine is silver!
should i paint my brake pads?
Go for it man, I might paint my piston tops and valve guides next.Originally Posted by Mr. Clean
