You will see it if I put it on the car, I will be tuning it so it will be visible.

I posted a thread for others to post theirs as well, not just mine.

OBD2b's have immobilizers but OBD2a's don't. Before GPS locator's and thief's stealing cars with rollbacks I've pulled my ITR ECU before. That would be another reason why I wouldn't paint it lol!

Soooo I think the douche finally took some hormone replacement and went the fuck on with his PMSing. Since when can someone not state an opinion in a nice manner and get away with it?! OHHHHH WAIT! I forgot this was IA for a second.... LOL

Point was with semi-cliffs: Evan posts a simple statement about not prefering something and then all shit breaks loose when a tard gets all butt hurt over his (i hope) out of boredom painted ECU cover....
I mean....you wont be able to see it sooner or later soooo....not like that makes it RICE?!

    Anyways...I am done!

    I think.....

I don't know if I would define it as rice, but definitely pointless unless you are going to strip you car of all the trim pieces so the ECU will be exposed. However, it is still something I wouldn't waste any time on.

Do you not realize you just proved I'm not so dumb for doing something to my ECU? Thanks though, Pookie.

Not for the bottom of it you __________. (I can't bash). Do you expect to hang the ECU from your rear view so people can see BOTH sides of it?

So your new name to me is CoreyBlade.

    1) You painted the bottom of your ECU, the side that bolts to the car.

    2) The only time time i've ever seen a clear ECU cover is on stripped track cars where it's bolted to a roll cage and clearly visible.

You painted the bottom of your ecu.

Other than me lol, how many people do you know have spent the time to prep and paint the inside of the spokes on their wheels?

Brand recognition. Then when someone pays a ton extra for an after market part they generally don't want it to look just like the stock one that is getting pulled off. The color normally determines the brand.

Nothing educational is coming out of this thread. Let the man paint his ECU in peace.

^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle
