The 10.5's are discontinued but were made for a little while. Do you not want to run 18s because of tire cost?

Have you seen silver FR500s on a Red M1? They look pretty good.

cost isnt really an issue untill you get above $1500-1800 for a set of wheels with tires. i just cant find the wheels i want in 18x10 or so. 17's are readily available so thats what i had planned on going with. i do like the fr500's but i just dont want them. im a 5 spoke kinda guy...even if it is going on just a stock car or just another mustang

What about chrome or black 18" 03 Cobra Reps? They come in the 10" rears and are cheap and easy to replace if they get damaged. I wouldn't run wider than a 255 on the front--it's just too sloppy to steer with.

I'm looking at an M1 as my next project. It would be my eighth Mustang.

The 18" 03 Cobras used to be all over eBay, and i've bought some on there. You can always do Saleen reps as well.

black cobra rims always look good!

But if your going with the 4:10's go ahead and start saving for a rear end rebuild. Or if you can do ahead and do the carrier, and rebuild the diff if your doing 4:10's! It only cost about $1300 for a whole rear end rebuild with 31-spline axles and everything. But are you a auto or 5spd? If a 5spd just go ahead and go with 4:30's!

If it were AB or SY i'd pick it up.

Just price it right and it will sell quick--the trick with selling Mustangs.

When are we gonna race? B-rett doesn't think I pulled on that Mach 1 like I said I did, but you know I'm never one to lie about stuff like that. He needs proof.

i wish i had gotten this car sooner..this is my 12th car and i have had a couple honda civics that were faster than this car...but this is absolutely the best car i have ever gotten. i enjoy driving this car more than any other car.....even my 4 door 93 civic that ran 12.20's

My Mach with a midpipe, catback, shifter, DR's, intake spacer, CAI, and tune ran 12.40's, so you should be approaching those kind of times. I miss everything about my Mach honestly. Still to this day my favorite out of the nearly 30 cars I've owned.

It was never NOT running. It's just immobile. No rear arms. We're gonna have to do the same thing for ImportShowdown like we did last year. Minus Hunter's butt getting near B-rett's balls.

ya damn right! this time we will not trade wheels, drink 35 beers each, expose genitals......but we will eat 75 dollars worth of chinese food and have a ball...i have a 46" lcd and hd now too so tv is much better! when is IS?

I don't know, but you are right about eating a lot of chinese food. We will most certainly drink beer...after safely arriving at our final destination because drinking and driving is not safe or smart. You better be careful with wheel trading. Some 240 owner may try to jack you for your wheels...but hey, then you might end up with some rad-tastic Rota thingys....again...

    As for when it is...

Beats the hell out of me.
