    Default snow pics from the hwy on my trip to columbus

    well i headed out to columbus ga yesterday around 12 and at this time it was not snowing and i didnt hear anything about it. well boy was i wrong i got about halfway thru peachtree city and newnan and it started coming down but not hard so i thought i would be ok..... some ppl werent so lucky lol yes my winsheild is cracked lol


    just leaving the house not so bad i thought..




    then its starts coming down hard and i pinch myself and say wait im not in colorado with bucky on a ski trip wtf is going on here



    let the battle of the drivers that "THINK" they can drive in the snow continue



    this guy flew past me like i was standing still then a few miles up look what happend...





    stuck in traffic with everyone esle might as well take some nature shots




    this car hit another car trying to be the one car that wants to drive in the lane that is full of snow instead of just staying in line with everyone else



    lowered hatch +batlground headers+trucks leaving this damn mountain of snow with big tires= my hatch front end being full of damn snow



    i could feel my wheels slipping as the space from the tire and the fender liner filled with snow so i pulled over to clean it off and get some hot apple cinnamon cider mmmmmm

    ok so ppl are getting stuck in the snow and i couldnt resist the ricer in me just had to do a lil drift lol i think i did pretty good



    him not so well


    i saw more suv's getting stuck than any other car i guess now all these soccer moms will buy them for the RIGHT reasons now



    nope he isnt helping that car lmao he was stuck too


    had to stop at this store to buy some jumper cables for a fellow motorist i met on the road and saw this teg that puts mine to shame lol



    i ended up getting stuck in columbus ga overnite and i didnt want to risk it driving at night so i left this morning it was a fun drive but im glad that i made it safe maybe i should start watching the weather more often lol enjoy i hope everyone else made it safe

    OP, Nice, good you didnt get stuck in the snow too. My mom's AWD pacifica went through the snow like nothing lol. What motor is in the hatch?

    The civic didn't leave the garage all day that day... i actually took my old CF hood sledding down the golf course hills behind my apartment (narrowly avoiding going into the lake) in between breaks of working on the car. there was about 8-10" on the ground. lol

    HAHAHA I got a crash course driving in the snow up here in Ohio. What you see in those pics is nothing and look at all the cars spun out. I shouldn't laugh, but who is to expect that in Georgia. I wish I had been home to see it! Glad you made it safely to where you were going.
