Well i apolgized to you because i felt bad for your friend but at the same time you guys fucked up by not letting me know what i was getting myself into. But at the same time i'm still out $2500 out of luggage because of the shitty delta "standby" they provide..If i could turn back the hands of time i would of NEVER called you to try and get me a ticket..i knew something was shady about it, i mean after all i spent 3 days sleeping at a fucking airport.
