i was speaking of USDM cars (not the efini), and i forgot about the 88 GTU having a LSD and HD suspension, kind of a series 4 sport with a limited slip from factory minus the aero package (turbo brakes, LSD, manual windows, no AAS, optional PS).
as far as ratios "ranging from 4.10 to 4.30," it was really one or the other.
