The Speed 12 was designed in the early 90's and used TVR's more conservative lines of the time.
It is based on the Cerbera (pronounced "Serbera", i hate people calling it a "Kerbera")
What is the point of comparing it to a Sagaris or even a modern Tuscan?
The V12 itself was two TVR I6 made into 1 motor.
And yes, with the small bugdet that went into making it, it wasn't very successful on the race track or street. Besides that fact though, so few were ever made. I think there are less than 10 in the world.
