    I know you can use a K&N filter in place of it, but that'll just be lame...

    And there's another filter on the side of the box near the passender fender that will need to be replaced...hmmm...

    The other piece replaces the stock rubber hose with a ARC piece. No, it doesn't intake cooler air.

    ARC filters run around $75-100, sometimes you can find one for less. I have an ARC box on my S13.

    JDM-ness cannot be measured on the dyno. But they give you no more increase then any other aftermarket set-up. But an ARC side-mount intercooler gives you mad hp's...

    yes, its worth the $900 for everything.

    Chhris, the butt dyno says good thing. eespecially throttle reponse, mid-range, and the noise it makes.

    PURE jdm, the K&N is best bang for the buck, y0.

    A simple K&N filter+adapter will do the same thing, but sweet lord those are the nicest looking intake systems on the planet. Gotta shell that cash out to ball I suppose.

    Not enough bang for buck for my tastes, but I'm all about cheap power no matter where it comes from. I also hear that it's impossible to squeeze more power out of an S2K. Anyway, congrats on the purchase man. It looks good.

    Looks good bud!! You'll notice some heat soak in the summer if you drive the car hard but otherwise, it's very nice bling!!
