    on 6 speeds it did this annoying thing where it would lock you out of second gear and put you straight into 4th if you were within a certain RPM range at a certain speed ... from my understanding it was to avoid a gas guzzler tax or something like that.. whatever it was.. it was annoying as hell. all you really have to do is gas it a little more in first gear to avoid the problem.. which was never a problem when i was driving it.. but he didnt like it cuz he drives it like an old man

    Oh that's strange...I knew they did something like that on the automatics. Didn't know that they did it on six-speeds though. Thanks for the info.
