I agree with what you're saying about the bags and whatnot.. But the "correct" offset means what? To me, correct offsets don't mean the wheel is 3" inside the fender. Properly stance'd cars can be driven daily and hard with enough thought put into wheel fitment. I drive my car every single day and auto-x it. Never grabbed fenders, doesn't rub unless I hit a driveway or something at full lock going too fast.
