Whoa, two bentley threads in the same morning??
That interior is absolutely breath taking. The exterior doesn't suite my taste though.
^True story.

I did not see the other thread. I meant to post up yesturday but was busy.Originally Posted by Oz10
I feel that the Continental and the Azure that followed in 1995 were so important for Bentley as they brought the sport back. Before that they were lame duck Rolls models.
They are very fast relative to how much they weight. And are consider luxery sports cars.
1995 was the first year for the Azure (The design has evolved more than it has changed.)

Very nice car, but IMO looks just like a Phantom.
UGA: Everybody is laughing at us this year.
Yeah....um explain how? The long bonnet? Cause this design is way older than a Phantom.Originally Posted by nreggie454
Looks like a European Lincoln Towncar Coupe. No thanks.
Bentley's attention to detail is impeccable
and they run low 12s in the 1/4 = 0

needs to be lowered + lip. jk this thing is pretty as heckk. fit and finish is amazing general motors take notes. i like how the soft top has no creases or anything indicating theres a metal frame underneath, looks super clean.
I asked a girl if i could buy her a drink, she said I have a boyfriend, so I said, well i have a goldfish, she said what? I replied, oh I'm sorry I thought we were talking about shit that doesnt matter.
Classic.

The exterior is a very simple design, and I can see how it would be timeless. However that interior would probably get anyone laid.
This car is absolutely stunning...I don't understand why the Brooklands coupe is such a big deal though, being that it's simply a fixed-roof version of this with very low production numbers. I'd take a coupe over a drop-top...but honestly, it'd be a blessing to even be able to make that choice. Bentleys are incredible.
The Brooklands is a trully beautiful car. The lines are amazing and a Continental GT just cant compare.Originally Posted by VooDooXII

I'm not really impressed with the Continental GT...it isn't as breathtaking as the Arnage/Azure/Brooklands...it's "too Volkswagen." It's strange how captivating such a simple shape is. I guess it's those subtle details like the kicked up rear fender, the pillarless windows...who knows? It's timeless.
I saw an Arnage drive by a little while ago...it sounds beastly. In fact, everything about these cars is just obnoxious. I mean...two turbochargers hooked to a nearly seven liter engine...the thing redlines at 4600 RPM...you'd think it was a diesel. The interior's my favorite part though...diamond quilted leather and engine turned aluminium.
Be right back...selling the house. Need this car.

I respect that Bentley still call it a 6 and 3/4 Liter V8.Originally Posted by VooDooXII
The Final Series Arnage is no one sale. It will be replace around 2010 and i hope it is not a VW creation.
Have you seen the LWB version?

I've seen the Final Series...I think the Arnage is the only Bentley I'd take because it's the last of the "real, proper Bentleys." I've seen LWB versions, but they look sort of awkward when they're streteched out like that. I feel that way about all LWB sedan counterparts...the A8L, the Super V8, etc.
This is the illustration I've seen...reminds me of a locomotive. It's not bad, but it's not as imposing.
I have seen that too. Bah compared to the outgoing Arnage. I dont mind the Flying Spur but the GT is a bit off of the car a Bentley should be.Originally Posted by VooDooXII
I don't mind a LWB car as long as it is not a cut frame like a limousine.
Are these streched or are they actual long frames from the factory?
YESS!! Love this car!
