Frustration over circumstances and a constant uphill battle for no apparent reason lead to adverse behavior normally resulting in violence. In the burbs, at one time, someone of color could be killed simply for being "colored".

the only problem with your answers are they are all things in the past. Things aren't the way they were anymore (except maybe in some back woods regions, but are illegal). That and everything you say white people have, is open for everyone else. Nowadays you hear most racist comments coming from minorities. I've noticed black people are quick to talk down on white people.

I'm not racist, in fact I have some black family members and until recently and majority of latin/asian friends. But yea, Afro Americans are the new suppressor's.
