    Default Need Ideas for wheels

I've been trying to come up with ideas of wheels for the Cobra. I don't want to do something common. I was thinking about getting some sort of 18" tuner style wheel, something light weight. Does anyone have any Ideas of what might look good? I got someone to do these chops for me:

Does anyone else have any ideas of what might look good?

i always think something wide with a lip and flush fit looks aggressive. with a cobra though, slammed on almost any wheel is way appealing to me, something about aggressive sound + a drop...
a coworker had BBS RX with concave face on his 95 540, looked HOT.

with mustangs you either spend 5-8 hundred bucks getting common mustang type wheels in all sorts of finishes or 3+ grand on bbs, ccw, or other high end wheels.
If you not gonna get a normal fr500, bullitt, saleen, cobra, etc. wheel get one of these

You can get 18" LM replica's for around $800-900 and 19" for $1,100-1200, depending on width...finding them in a 5x114.3 may be an issue though.

    NM, found them for a Lexus. 19x8.5" F and 10" R for $1,300...

Looks like you can get Ford GT wheels 19x11" rear and 19x8" front for about $1,100...

Honestly the 18x9.5" Rota P45R might not look too bad, lol!

While I agree with you, I want my combo to be unique and different from the norm for mustangs. I don't want to put some ugly wheel on there just to be different so I am trying to find something that is unique but still "works" at the same time.

I was actually just looking at all 3 of those wheels over on SVTP lol. Black CCW classics are my favorite wheel by far. What you say is pretty true too, as far as going w/wheels that are $800 a set, then step straight up to $800 a piece. The problem with that is that I'm not ballin out of control by any means, thats why I'm looking to go a different route. There is a guy over there that has some "Wedsport" wheels. They are similar to the style I am looking for.

I am def. a fan of TE37's. I would like to see a chop of those on my car too.

This is the kind of stuff I'm looking for. I think either of these would look damn good....now I just need a chop...never thought I would see Rota's on a Cobra lol

    +1..

I was at Road America with a group of Mustang guys/shop owners and they all rocked CCW's which looked awesome and i'm not the biggest fan of that wheel. Also, one of them had this other set of wheels that were expensive, yet really hard to find. I'll post some pictures later
