I'm gonna agree that that muffler is far from subtle the way it hangs down and pokes out. Maybe more subtle that the 4" tips poking out from under most cars on IA, but its still an eyesore. I bet it sounds like a pickled fart too.

fOR THE style that he/she was trying to accomplish (obviously bippu), I think the execution was really spot on, exterior wise. Not sure about the interior. As afar as it being a Kia, so what. There isn't a car made (that any of us own) that hasn't been called "just a _________" by someone. So, if they like, kudos. I like the BIPPU style, so I think it's a nice looking car. Nothing I would do to my dd, but nice nonethe less.

I think the issue is the muffler is the right size for maybe a Q45 and even on that car the tips come out and swing up some. This post is just more proof on how wheel choice and offset can completely change the car, love the deep blue as well.

based on your comment about a 2500$ car being modded, than you might be in the wrong place. most cars on the site were about 2500$ when they got them. If they think the car is amazing..whats the issue? i think the car is pretty amazing..ive never seen a optima modified like that. i know who he is..lol and just because of his background doesnt mean his opinion is worth anymore than anybody elses. And i remember the galant, and im sure a galant with 10k+ worth of audio in it is just as pointless to some as this kia is to you. Probably so because I have a dual pattern cam an exhaust leak between the manifold and downpipe, my muffler is about 90% rusted out, and I have coat hangers holding up my exhaust.
