    im typing with one hand so excuse any mistakes please.



    i was going down a two lane road when i rolled up on a slower car. he starts riding brakes for no reason(i thought so anyway). so right when i go to pass him, turns out he riding brakes because he was about to make a left turn, no blinker the entire time. i get at his door and he starts to turn. i clip the front of his car, got airborn, and hit a fire hydrant which sent the car rolling.



    the EMT couldnt believe he was talking to the person that was in my car

    Glad your ok cause that looks terrible.

    For a replacement get a Subaru. We don't worry about roll overs.

    we are both at fault. him for no blinker. and me for passing in a no passing zone. passing zone was about 5ft after the turn.


    it was towed.


    but i just started the motor today. so it does run. if anyone want a rebuilt d16a1 let me know, ill be pulling it when my hand heals.

    most insurance companies dont offer full coverage plans on vehicle's of this value. I know my DD paseo through Progressive isnt worth enough to be accepted on a full coverage plan, Nor was my MR2 when i was still with State Farm. But my 99 Accord was able to get it through Progressive
