    from the looks of it... its an s13 and one is fuse box cover and the other is the wiper amp cover....

    Yep it is. It's ss and it's attached to the filter housing with rubber. That's what you are seeing.

    Thanks on the bike. Just wish I had more time to ride it. It's an '05 and it's just now got 5k on it.

    They are covers for the relay box and the wiper relay. I made them from ss so I don't have to worry about them rusting or oxidizing.

    My battery is in the trunk but thanks for the idea. I'll be getting another sheet of stainless today and making a box for it.
