Default My new project 318is (cellphone pics)

So last night I picked up a '93 318is, 150k miles and stick. The outside is decent, but the inside is horrendous. It needs new seats, the door panels need to be redone (they're off in the pics), and there is a few things on the exterior that need to be fixed like the tint in the back, front grill, broken foglight, and faded BMW logo on the hood and wheels. Anyway here's the pics... suggestions welcome (and any info you guys have on places to get the parts I obviously need from the pics please share)

    ^ not a bad price. Is it a 5speed?

Life begins at 6000 RPMS.. You will notice an audible change in engine noise, large increase in acceleration and any female passengers will immidiately start to remove their clothing.

Thanks! Tomorrow my mom is going to help me re-upholster the door panels, and we're going to make an attempt at doing the same for the seats. Then after that, the rear window tint has to be fixed it's killing me lol
