Default R8 - Audi Quality FTL

Brand new Audi R8 with the tempo-tag still on it and smoking like a b*tch!

    $100K+ for this? WTF Audi?

^dito. brand new car with less tha 50 miles would have this kind of smoke, especially if he just drove it off the lot w/o any warm ups.

I'd still take it in a heartbeat.

What kind of cars are you buying? I have never seen a brand new car smoke like that at any time unless something was seriously wrong.

I cant tell how much smoke is in the pics but when i worked at dealers. Typically a vehicle with a v8 like an suv would smoke a bit for s short time.

Seriously? My mother's V8 Toyota SUV didn't smoke and neither did my Mustang. Is this a European thing?

its brand new with no miles. i worked at a honda dealership and when we would p.d.i. (pre delivery inspection) we would have to drive the s2k's about 30 miles for the test drive or until it stopped becouse people wouldnt buy a new car that smoked would they. about 10 miles for a civic, 15 miles for a v6 accord. ect. ect. every now and then you would have a guy that wanted a car with zero miles and well, it would smoke.

impossible,i i know when i worked at Subaru pdi was 14 miles and the lowest miles i had ever sold was for an STI with 8. That car lived in the showroom from the day we got it to sale. Not one test driver. I forced the guy to drive another sti cause we were not gonna put miles on that one.

I know that twice my parents have ordered a car and been there when it was being taken off the truck in full plastic (one was an early 90s Legend the other a 2006 350Z). Although I have no idea if they had any miles on them or if they smoked. Do cars have 0 miles straight off the truck or is there already a pdi done before that?

its really really hard to buy a car with 0 miles. because they are driven out of the factory and onto a truck... that will put atleast .1 miles on it... then off the truck into the lot or show room... or maybe to the gas station and back to put gas in it... They will have a few miles on them.
