    Default New Paint on the CB7

    So after working on this at school for about a week, its finaly done. Im very happy with how it came out its got almost no orange peel and its this shiny/slick without any buffing(yet) and pretty proud of what I've done.

    yeah man the jambs arent done yet but will be done shortly, and yes the bay will definately be painted as well just after this semester at school so i can pull the motor at my house and shoot it their.

    Thanks everyone for all the positive comments so far. I love the new look, been waiting to do this for a while. Im trying to figure out a way to rig up a homemade booth at the house so i can do some work on the side .

    Looks great. If it were my car I would probably do a coat of clear with a little of the blue in it over the hood. Just a little blue so you can still see the CF weave, but at certain angles it will still match the body color of the car.

    Paint looks great though

    g/j man ill be going there for auto tech soon. wanted to take the auto body courses but it will be too much, plus ive painted and have done body work already...once your certified for that you will make some serious $$$
