Sofa I guess, My fiance lives here and I am trying to get a job, its not plated yet. its sits in my friends garage. I drive it during the weekend with wrong plates my friends daily. I havent gotten in trouble yet but I dont drive durring the day. I am working on my workers Visa now. once I get that I will have to go through with registration.

How exacally did you buy that without plates, for it to not have plates means it was deregistered and the title turns into a deregistration paper which means you can't purchase it. I hope someone told you that JCI needs to be keep current or else you are going to pay a huge fee for it being expired, as well as road tax.

Also, I wouldn't advise you to risk driving without that car being registered. If the JP's pull you over they will more then likely seize the car and put you in jail, especially if you don't have a Kanji drivers license. They like to hide in undercover/unmarked Toyota Crows so watch out.

I just went to a used car dealer and bought it straight up. He signed over the title there. It ws registered by the privious owner. so its not like the vin isnt registered. I know I put my friends daily on it. and yeah I know if I do get caught ill be F******. But I am keeping it in the garage most of the time. untill I get my job and Lisence.

I guess I'm a little confused cause when I lived there only Japanese residents and SOFA could purchase vehicles and property (houses). They don't allow just anyone just walk into a papa-son dealer and buy whatever they want, you have to have a valid Japanese driver's license or a SOFA driver's license plus you have to show proof of residence.

Also, the papa-son dealers never did titles, they simple initiated the papers, you had to take the papers to the insurance company and have them do the titles as well as the insurance, that's how they make sure vehicles get insurance. If you insurance is expired you have to get a new title.

Japan isn't like the U.S. where you just go into the DMV and get a title or walk out of a dealership with a temperary license plate and get a title in the mail.

Japanese used and new car dealers are not even allowed to sell cars off the lots without plates and in some cases where they have to be switched between Y plate and kanji plate then you would go to the registration office and get a temp plate that has a big red line accross in.

Well I sure walked in there and bought one, My friend knew the guy and he didnt ask me to show anything but my id. and yes I drove right out of there. I mean I know exactly what you are talking about. Its going to take me 4-6 months to get my drivers lisence because I have to take some classes, so I am sure the rest is going to be just as hard.

I had the little umpaloompa's in a undercover Crown pull me over for doing 180 on the expressway in Okinawa. They didn't like that to much and were really upset when it took them 10 minutes to catch me at a exit booth paying my toll

3 inch trust exaust, Apexi boost controller, fully tuned tein suspension. I am about to convert it to a single 88mm Garret turbo and do all the nessasry to run at full psi. but that will be in a few months. It already pulls hard as hell.

but you have the commander you can tune it with that. The Power FC is the best mod you have on the car. IMO

I don't know how they do it over in Japan, but here in the USA we don't take too kindly to huge SCCA style spoilers. Haha, besides that and the wheels car looks sexy man.

looks sick but i dont want you to get mad at me but the spoiler is too much unless you get a body kit then you would totaly be need for speed lol but have you ever thought about getting the stock spoiler on i think you would get lots of great comments bud but hey its what you like so dont go by what everybody wants you to do i think it looks ok but the stock one would look better or you can get a spoiler that is a diffrent style but remember its what you like bro good luck with the car

And I didnt put that wing on there. I bought it with it already on it, and I already took it off and I got the stock GTR spoiler but its grey and I have to paint it.
