Settle down...you obviously didn't read his first post. He bought the wheels, he owns them now. They only made a few sets (if not one), and he owns them.

So, if they were for sale and he owns them, then your origional question regarding who he bought them from and any sort of incentives (wtf is this, a car dealership?) would be irrelevant.
