I doubt those wheels are Kosei (i've never seen dual lug wheels from Kosei), they look to be either genuine SSR Intergrals or one of the few knock off's from Konig or "TRMotorsports"..which were SSR's resold by TireRack. Sell and get 17x9 Rota Slips
