Noir -> "Nor" (American)

or

Noir'a -> "No-wa" (French)

Either way, I like the rims on there. Give it a little drop and maybe lose the eyelids.

I used "noir" for the French meaning of black. Then just added the 'a to make it sound more like a name.
I pronounce it like you would say Norah.
