Peachstate Porsche concours

Was badass today. Private airstrip in Alpharetta with a ton of P cars. Shanes Rib Shack catered the whole deal and the food was awesome and cheap. Everybody there was really friendly and had great stories. Some of the stories are just incredible with some of these cars. Anyway my 911 wasnt in the concours just the "Porsche Corral" with the spectators and most of the cars parked there were deserving of a ribbon. Anyway it was a blast and I can't wait for more events and track days. Here are a ton of pics:

Some GT3's


The silver GT2 and I had a fun time getting on the on ramp to go home. We at the light talking and he could hear/smell my car wasn't stock and that I wanted to play. We turn on the the 400 ramp and both go from a 1st gear 10 mph kick. I spin a little and he's all grip but by the middle of 2nd I'm holding him at 1 1/2 car lengths. I get the thumbs up and we head home.


These people did not have egos and they were not snobby in the least bit. A lot of them do track days and really know how to drive. Really knowledgable and are a blast to be around. Good times.
