I was at the Ferrari dealer last night, looking at the different models. (dont ask )

This new Ferrari will probably adopt the F149 name plate and will look just fine amongst its stable mates.

You see alot of people have been calling it the "entry level or affordable" model but its looking to be priced more than the F430.

Well for starters, this car better resembles the flagship 599 and is a front-mid engined layout. It will also have a retractable hardtop, direct injection V8 and a DSG transmission.

Where in that last sentence did "entry level" or "affordable" pop up?

Again, quality car comes with a quality price. I approve.

Oh, thank you, your royal gayness .. I mean highness. Nobody would have bought this heap of Maranello junk without your seal of approval.
So when are you taking us for a ride in your new Ferrari?

Nowhere did i write that i was buying the car. I simply put that i felt the price made sense. If you think different, I'd gladly ride shotgun in your $100,000+ dollar car and let you show me what makes it better. Otherwise, prove your point with facts and examples.

"Heap of Marenello junk", Seeing to how i know what goes into making that car, I'll have to disagree. Understand that i am not a fanboy but i do know what quality is and it comes at a price.

If you don't like the car or the brand, guess what, you don't have to buy it.
Ferrari's aren't a necessity so i'm pretty sure the people lined up for it aren't making a life threatening decision. No one in this world needs my approval to buy that car. I was referring to the people that questioned it's value as a Ferrari, (something you denounced by calling it a car from Maranello).

And guess what else. Calling me out with off-topic derogatory comments makes you look like the fool.

This forum is for discussion. If you agree or disagree, make your point.

Wow wow wow.. some people just don't have a sense of humor, I see. Anyhow, thanks for the lecture man.. I was getting bored reading nondescript information in other threads.
And if Ferrari is NOT a car from Maranello, pray tell me where is it from? It's definitely not made in the U.S. or Mexico as you might assume.

Well at one point Modena was in the picture but that's irrelevant for what we are going on about.

Anyways. I have a sense of humor, i just feel that allot of times, people jump to conclusions and i like to set the facts straight. Especially if it has to do with what i said.

No problem.. guess you've had a hard day at work.

But umm.. Modena was never in the picture. The factory has always been at Maranello IIRC. Maserati is based in Modena though.
