both of them have the same funtions rotor housings but theres no one out there that has and rx8 that can go lower than 11sec, everybody know the basic secrets of a 13b but theres to many secrets that people dont know and there way to many to list that you wont find on the internet or a book rx8 engine is good but not for racing maybe in the future13b has been whored out....its very well known..i think all the secrets have been found.
