    Zr1 isn't all that impressive. I'd take a ZO6 over a ZR1.

for the money you are correct, however i highly doubt that this benz could out do the zr-1 in any competition

Maybe, but let's be real for a second. We know that this Mercedes is gonna be an automatic/tiptronic so the driving debate it unnecessary.

+ after owning an STI for 2 years, i know the value of a nice interior. Now i know you have heard the phrase "if you want a nice interior, dont buy a Vette".

But seriously......Why would i spend $100,000 on a car i dont like to sit in. The reason i liked the Z06 was because non of that mattered, it was hp and performance down to a price. I liked to compare a ZO6 with an Elise......different idea of track but meant to take the track non the less. On top of that the ZO6 has to exist so Pratt&Miller can go racing with the GT1 car. But the ZR1 won't (Maybe i'm wrong if G.M. grows a brain). So it's just a street car. And a Street car has to do what steet cars do......

    1. Have an A.C. to sit in traffic.
    2. Have wide seats for fat people.
    3. Have somewhat Stiff/soft suspension for potholes.
    4. Have unrealistic hp to talk about but never actually use.

What i'm saying is that even though i despise Auto transmissions i would have this Black Series V12 over a ZR1 cause it does better what we do in the real world. Granted it costs x2 of the ZR1 but it's a fantastic car and the new styling (not the insane fenders, im talking about the front end). Makes the new SL a good looking car.

I agree with everything that you just said, I would take the Benz over the Vette, however I was just stating that whoever said ZR-1 Killer is wrong (performance wise). This car is no doubt badass, by the way yesterday i saw a brand new CLK 63 AMG and that thing was just amazing, looks so agressive, but he wouldn't play with me.
