Wow, dont see NEO's much. Especially in a clean Kouki.
I'd start with the basics and work your way up from there, of course.

    1.Intake
    2.Exhaust
    3.Dump and downpipe
4.Injectors [Nismo 555's sound good to me]
    5.Fuel pump [Walbro 255lph]
6.Boost increase [12psi should net you much, high boost on 15]
7.Get a GOOD tune on quality engine managment equipment [Power FC] ahem...

Not sure if a stock RB25 snail can support 400WHP reliably though, may want to invest in a stouter unit.

good idea thank for the help. But I did some research on the RB25 Neo. It got around 280hp and 300 ft-lbs or more i thing it can handle. But never know unless i try. Either blow the motor or good to go right LOL

Still planning what to do with it. The Footwerks parts are good stuff is just because my wheel are too wide. Either i get some spacer on the front and four side of the fender roll out or else my wheel would either hit the fender or the front wheel touch the shock.

you need some wheels with a lower offset, it should help with the wheels hitting the coilovers

yeah but I just got gram light wheel on and it not time for me to let it go and also want to coilover too. I might try to pull my fender and get some spacer soon.

Oh snap...so, you're the guy that bought the parts from my bro. He said you had a clean kouki. Bump for Footwerks/Extramade.

Let me know if I can take some better pics for you. Where are you located?

The RB25DET NEO motors are from R34 GTT Skylines. It is a RB25 block fitted with a performance oriented head, called the NEO head. It is rated at 280bhp. This has been your Nissan fact of the day.

Yeah, although it pains me to say it; the Nissan Ecology Oriented Variable Valve Lift and Timing (NEO VVL) system is not unlike Honda's VTEC. Truly a shame that this technology has been shelved by Nissan for the most part.
