Default Rebuldin the ZC part 1

Decided to rebuild the ZC. It was smoking a little, and wanted to make it more reliable.

Taking out the cams to get to the headbolts.

Here is my perfect circle rings and rod bearings and felpro seals.

All 4 cleaned and ready for new rings and new rod bearings.

    Before honing.

    After honing.

    New rings.

Got em back in with new rings and rod bearings. No more smoking!!!

Putting the the new valve seals.

    Valve spring locks.

    Removing the valve spring.

The old valve seal. These things are such a ***** to get off!

    The new one.

    Ready to go!

I will have more pics, hopefully at the end of this week. Some pics of relocating my new Odyssey battery into the rear, and some more motor pics and my new Magnaflow muffler install.
