I never said that's what he had, just that it looks that way from a general perspective. A tasteful lowering of 1-2" can improve a car's stance and help it look a lot better by reducing wheel-gap and the like. However, a 3+" drop on an compact like a Civic just makes it look like you're trying to hard.

This is just my opinion. If he's happy with it (which he seems to be) then more power to him. I just know that I would personally never drop a car low and I don't like the look of it.
