    Default TGP Trackday Pics

Well we made it out to the track this Thursday, and had an excellent time. I had just redid the suspension/brakes/wheels/tires blah blah blah so this was like driving it for the first time again along with it being the first time on the track in it. Here are a few of the pics Julie got, but without a zoom lens, she was only able to get good ones in the closer corners.

    Thumbs up

coolios, 1.09 is very fast (or at least, to me) and impressive for a first timer! what's the set up? watch out now, this is just the beginning of a long slippery slope in which your wallet can only get thinner...

I found about this event on here. Joe posted up about holding a private trackday there and I jumped on board. NASA and SCCA are some other places to check out.

I use to race motorcycles, so I know what is about to happen. Can't be that bad though. $350 just in tires for one weekend.

Great pics man. Car looks lifted in the first pic hah because you can't tell its jacked up. The hatch was sick man. I wish would could've gone head to head but there's always next time. I believe you and me on street tires and Mike were all running similar times. I'll have my knocking on the kosei's noise fixed by next track day (which should be soon)...whatever it is as some people are telling me its not the bearings

Nice!, Looks like you guys had some fun. Was it a drivers education event. Or just track time.

It was an open track day. But for many, it was a educational event, like most track time.

I posted a link some in the other thread.

Need to get another lens and some filters to play with next time. I love taking pics at the track.

Hopefully we can all get back out there before it gets crazy hot outside.
