My Dad bought this at a police auction as a regular AWS prelude. He put the body kit and wheels and new interior in it.

its cool as hell that your dad is still into modifying his car. but shouldn't you being a car enthusiast direct him in the right direction? i like the wheels, but the body kit and grill was a popular thing back in the day.

mesh behind the bumper needs to go or get replaced by thicker black mesh. Loose the fake hood scoops and it will pass for clean ride.

Well, I was gonna be nice about it, but here we go:

What size are his tires? Are the rims too wide or just the wrong offset? Whats that on the hood?

The wheels are staggered because the rear end is wider than stock. We like the staggered look so we runwider wheels. FWD yea, but ahhh who cares. It's not a racer, it's a ricer. LOL! It all factory motor and drivetrain. It's the look he was going for and with the body kit it would have dwarfed regular size rear wheels. The fronts are 18x8 and the rears are 18x9.5. The hood scoops, I could take them or leave them but the rest looks tough. The interior has been done in burgandy and Black. Very sick from what I have heard, but I haven't seen it in person.
Honestly, I knew a lot of you guys wouldn't like it because of the wheels, but I still wanted to hear your opinions.
My Dad and I are both more into muscle cars and rwd cars, as you can prolly tell. he got this car from an auction and just wanted to build it and see what he could make of it. He will drive it and then sell it.
Funny about the FWD with Staggered, i gave him the idea, here is my Volvo C70 Vert.

Yea, it wasn't the goal for him. It is still a fast little car, but 1) he doesn't plan on keeping it, and 2) he just wanted something to play with and build. Honestly, he will prolly only keep it for a month or so more now that it is finished. He likes building more than driving. Gives him something to keep his mind busy. I am the same way. that is why I am building my Conquest Tsi...

Eeh....I don't like it. Cool that he did it. But the sideskirts and rear wheel fitment look like crap. The car is still fwd regardless of staggered fitment on hondas nowadays. Paint looks good though

Yea, it's never easy to sell FWD folks on the Staggered look. it's all how you are brought up around cars i guess. It's all good.
