    SO is the customer of yours or whoever just putting the overlay on top of the bumper or is the new cf piece going to be the new bumper.

    ^ just overlay, not a real full CF stuffs. It'd be too expensive.

    just an overlay. he has a type r front in carbon and couldnt find a stock looking rear so he opted to go this route

    Is the customer upsidedowndesi, he keeps talking about getting an all carbon fiber teg. Either way, well down, looks great for an overlay.

    wet lay seems like a ***** on surfaces with alot of compound curves like that. was it a pain getting it stretched around the corners and stuff?

    yes more than you know. aftermarket kits are alot easier. only part that sucked was getting it to roll under the bottom

    liscense plate box is painted black. there is just no way to wet lay that with distortion in the weave

    Building a mold and using a proper molding techniques is a completely different ball game.... it's not anything close to what overlaying is like.
