    when did you turbo it? i dont think you can wet sand and buff a one stage paint job. i could be wrong but i have only sprayed a boat with a one stage set up. who painted it?

    some place in chattanooga. i think it needs to be shot with some clear coat.
    also pics are before i shined the tires more up when i have the time. also check out my project Project "OPPS I CRAPPED MY PANTS!!"

    not true... you CAN clear single stage... it looks like a solid white/black color (as in no pearl or metallic).. so you can also wetsand and buff fairly easily.... BUT.. just cuz you can doesn't mean its right... basecoat/clearcoat FTW

    i have never seen a wet sanded and buffed 1 stage that looked worth a sh!t. i would hate to see him spend the money and then mess it up. and i have never heard of anyone clearing a 1 stage but i guess anything is possible. i know a guy that swears to me that a rattle can job looks just like a base/clear job so go figure.

    well my comment was more to the fact that you said you can't clear a single stage.. you CAN clear single stage... but its pointless... if you're gonna clear it just do base/clear from the start like you said

    i've seen some pretty crazy **** done with a rattle can... but i'm sorry.. a normal rattle can will never match a good base/clear job... although.. i have seen some people attempt base/clear that would have gotten better reults from a rattle can.. haha..
