Colt Speed is a Mitsubishi tuner operating out of japan and i think their badge would look much better on an Evo grill than that tri-diamond.

I should agree...it doesnt stand out with confidence like a logo should.

I think it'd looks better on a trunk before the word "evolution" rather than in the center, simply due to the fact that it is asymmetrical.I do think the logo design is pretty sweet though.
^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle

Cherry blossom red, which is regarded as being a manly color in JDM land, was used in Japan to denote the STi. Its also a tribute to the sakura, Japan's national flower, to show pride. Yay for having an STi buddy to explain this kinda stuff to me. lol![]()
Oh damn...Haha, now I'm just curious.Originally Posted by EJ25RUN

For real, whats the I supposed to be mean almighty subaru guru? It stands for Impreza. I dont know what you're thinking but I'm interested to find out.
All I know is that its a stylized I that looks like 2 rain drops. Dont believe everything you read on the internet.
Oh snap the Subaru logo is the same formation as the bombers that attacked Pearl Harbor in 1941 (random internet myth), wrong Mr Internet, its the Pleiades constellation, a sign of good luck in Japan.
02 WRX Sport Wagon
the regular Subaru emblem with the stars its suppose to be in the same formation as the stars that form the big dipper i think. its was on wikipidedia

Yeah something like that, its a real constellation. Each of the seven stars represents a goddess I believe.Originally Posted by BLK_TEG

Here is what i have always known to be correct.
Subaru is the first Japanese company to use a name derived from its own language, and that name is reflected in its logo. The name refers to a group of six stars in the constellation of Taurus (we refer to them as the Pleiades)."
And as for the badge i think if i remember correctly; the blue badge designates the std wrx, while the pink badge, wrx sti, respectively.... this can be determined if you look at pictures of the older jdm models, especially in the hyper rev magazines based off the impreza platform
