^Pretty much. It allows me to completely slam the car and have full shock travel.Basically its just two sets of tophats with the studs knocked out and redrilled, with the bottom set remaining on the car like stock. You then run carriage bolts through, and tighten the first tophat down to the strut tower, then you add nuts/locknuts and put the 2nd tophat on, and the 2nd one is where you mount the strut.
