IM thinking about putting the 450lb springs in rear, and the softer ones up front with the tokicos. I figure since the rear has almost full suspension travel even when lowered (since im using a civic coil/strut) the stiffer spring might be ok in the rear, but i dont know yet. im getting some opinions.

I wish I could find info on the arospeed ef coilovers though, as i dont know what spring rate they are, just know theyre yellow lol.

if you plan on running a front bar, run a HF front with ST rear and go 350 front and 475 rear. If no front bar, run 400 F and 500 R with rear ST bar.
