    Very nice car. I wanted to buy an s2000 a while back but couldnt come up with the cash! Keep it clean and fast...if u ever need photos hit me up

    Thanks guys. I have a blown headgasket atm due to the ARP headstuds (ARP reuses H series studs as F series regrinds) and need to go back to stock headbolts. Once I do that I'm going to up the boost and should hit 500rwhp.

    Once the weather gets nice I'm going to detail my car and get some nicer shots going. I graduate college in May and might get a hardtop

    Here's a shot of my first dyno tune session at Mainstream:

    its a custom kit that i put together, im making alil over 300 over now on stock compression but im gonna be goin with the 3mm headgasket and aem soon and going for 400+

    very sexy car, i have been toying with the idea of a boosted S2k for a while.

    i'm just too big of a guy...

    how is the powerband? is it like 1-4k rpm you are getting passed by taurus's and then at 5k your back end comes around on you?

    Very nice setup man. i want to boost mine, but I'm getting married in June and need all the cash I can get before the wifey starts spending all my money. Looks great though! Try to get a little video of how hard it pulls!

    Careful pushing to 500 on the one fuel pump. The Walboros max out at about what you want to push. You can add a boost a pump to it though and get a little more. Other than that nice car man.

    Haha not at all My powerband from 1-4500 looks like a stock s2k powerband. I make around 200rwhp at 4500. After that - yes I have no traction in 1st or 2nd gear after 5500 rpms and I'm running 275 rear Azenis.

    Full spool is just after 4k and is sorta like the stock vtec hit. It starts boosting just after 3k so the pull is nice through the whole powerband.

    Oh, and thanks to the guy with the Walbro comment - I am going to keep that in mind. I'll end up cutting back power if I have to because I don't feel like going dual fuel pumps or anything; I've spent enough damn money on this car and the hardtop would be the final thing I'd be willing to do. We'll have to see how it does on the dyno

    nice car man!!! I guess honda is getting close to discontinuing the S2000. This year they are offering the CR model here, a type S model in japan, and a factory hard top model in the UK. They always like to go out with a bang.

    My bumper came in but the guy sent me the front bumper and another guy my rear bumper so now I have to wait longer

    LOL I didn't notice that until the next day!!! I was going to work and from about 30 feet away was like "WTF ?!?!?!?" and it took me like 20 minutes to figure out that it must have been you or John

    ps allmotoronly, the UK model with the OEM HT has been available for years now... it is nothing new. They always had the S2000 GT with the HT and then the base. Trim levels are new to the US though.

    saw the car in person today with that jacked up bumper! ugh... it sickens me haha. car is clean as hell man, especially with those beefy ass tires... but you need it i guess living in your neck of the woods with roads like an earthquake just hit!! haha i beat the piss out of my exhaust on the journey to your dwelling, those train tracks were a mofo.

    Yeah I was rear ended by an acura legend. Did you see the big box in front of the car? That's the new bumper

    I have 275 size rear tires and it still doesn't seem like enough...
