Screw the wheels for now... that's not the worst part of the equation. Here is what you want to do. And this is IN ORDER!!!

H&R Springs... 2.0 inch drop, or 1.75. I say this b/c they are AWESOME and affordable. I'd go ahead and grab the KYB shocks (about $30 each) from www.performancecenter.com as well. W/ the car lowered you can "fake it" w/ the horrible wheels for now.

2nd, turn your attention to junk yards and get tan cloth or all black interior pieces. It's pretty cheap.

After you get the interior dialed in, security. A decent alarm system --- won't keep it from being stolen, but it's just good business.

Next, full bolt-ons (as well as a cam) and exhaust, and nitrous (ALWAYS get MSD ignition on CB7s - not the best ignition system Honda produced).

Finally, new wheels and a respray. Call it good.
