well, i think i'll have my current car for quite a while. i've got plans for what i want to do with it. with that being said, my "next" car will be more of a daily beater than a replacement for my current car. and that daily driver will be one of 2 things...

    1. Honda S2000

    2. Pontiac G8 gt/gxp (whichever becomes the highest model)

    '03 RSX Type S

currently has a '05 Silverado Z71. just stock.

one of these days I'll decide what to get next. Either a G35, older NSX, or something along those lines.

Will be in the Maxima for 2-3 more years I would think (few other projects with it) and then:

DD (although not quite as low and VERY mild stretch if at all):

I used to REALLY like the idea of a R32/R33/S14 chassis mix with 2JZ power but (no offense) the scene is WAY overcrowded and I have lost interest in it.

    Track/Mountain/Hobby:

Will probably be N/A (although maybe swapped) but handling focused.

Current Car: 1996 CX Hatch. Coilovers and some stuff...

Selling it to build my 4 door 1988 325i that is sitting at my work. Its going to be a daily driven street brawler/ hopefully $2008 GRM challenge contender. Though i don't plan on winning anything there, i'm gonna build a dope/functional E30 that looks as good as it drives for under $2008 dollars, and me and my co-worker are entering the challenge just for the experience/fun time. There will be a build thread as in the next few weeks it will be running and things will be rolling on the project.

    I can't wait.

    I'll keep it real.

If I'd still have my G35 and mod the hell out of it, I'd get the the new 135 or may be the 335 as my DD.

If I don't stick with my G35 for couple more years and the business is doing well, by 2010 next candidates would be either one:

What's the rules for that? You know I got my '96 328i for less than that then sold some parts off it and traded some more for a complete e30. As it stands I'm still well under the $2,008. Basically have a clean e30 and M52 swap for a grand...

The problem is the just the clutch and suspension alone will be $3,500-4k...then the turbo setup...then the e30 M3 body work...and the...then...haha.

If I just spent the remaining grand on good shocks and springs and tires then it should be elgible and still be a relatively quick car for $2k, 2,400-2,500lbs or so with 200hp.

    *edit*

    16. Parts that are not used may be traded or sold up to the initial cost of the car or parts deal. In other words, if you buy a $500 Challenge car, you can recoup up to $500 of your budget by selling parts. (If you do turn a profit on selling parts off the car, we suggest you take your significant other out to dinner to compensate them for having a $2008 car hanging around the house.). Once the recuperation limit has been reached on a car or parts deals, trading is not allowed.

    17. The maximum amount of money that can be recouped in a budget is $1004. This includes parts cars, parts deals and the Challenge car itself.
So $1,004 can be recouped...I sold $600 in parts then the e30 was orginally purchased for $300 so that means i'm at $900...I can still sell/trade $104 worth of parts!

As it sits now, I'm just waiting on the release of the GTR. I'll probably pick up a second year model if they come out well. It will depend on how they do if I pick one up. Otherwise, I'll probably go with the C6 Z06, but I'm having trouble getting a white one that isn't the Ron Fellows Edition. Blah...

So, GTR, maybe C6 Z06...or maybe I'll just get another 911 turbo. I have time...

LoL Yeah. There are some serious cars at the challenge, but i don't really plan on winning. Im just doing it for the experience and to have a good time building a swift daily driven street brawler for $2000 bucks.
Me and a guy i work with are doing it, he's building a sweet 320 (e21), and were going to go down there together. Its gonna be rad. You'll see my E30 around Autofab sometime in the next couple weeks since I'll be dropping a motor in it soon to get it on the road and start driving it daily.

Maybe in a few years i'll do it and build something off the wall that will actually finish well.

As for actual cars i'd really like to aspire to have, im hoping that by next year or the year after i'll be poking around in an STI, but i doubt it LoL. Probably just pick up an E36 M3 late this year and build it up a little bit.
