i like the black, but ebay now offers the Smoked 1-piece headlights paired with smoked del sol fog lights.. thinking about getting those.. but dont want to mess up the 'clean look' and for it to be ebay sh!t, you know...
they might be from ebay ... but i havent had one light cracked ,fade , or anything ... there lenses are stronger than oem lenses and can be replaced . so the lights from ebay and handles are a great deal if you ask me . UNLIKE the altezza tails and POS turbo manifolds they have .... they actually have SOME nice stuff ...Originally Posted by JayL

yeah i loved em too... too bad they were stolen a week after i got em in from california. the car was stolen and pretty stripped... which was bad enough... then i had a pretty bad front end collision yesterday (long story)... so the sol is in horrible shape right now.

yeah my car went from:
DO's lady->chris (topsecret2JZ)->me.
it was:
2983 colors->maroon on top black on bottom-> soon to be one solid color of black or dark silver.
and yes the handles are shaved and the antenna.
other than that its pretty clean.

oh, john, i realized i had an extra LS head, im gonna use that valve cover, it needs to be painted, but i dont have a clue how i want to paint it.. any ideas?

This is my 93 Del sol samba green with a lot of extra pearl and gsr motor w/greddy turbo kit. Motor pushes 270 whp and 207 tq. at 11 psi.

damn man your depressing me. im afraid im going to get my **** stolen if i do too much stuff to it... its a double edged sword to have a bad ass honda. if its just mediocre it probably wont get stolen, but the nicer stuff you put in it the more likely it is to get jacked.

yup... my **** is now WAY more secure, and thanks to my little accident, its about to have a facelift : ) lol
i like jimmy's sol....it looks better now w/o the cage, w/the mugen spoiler on, and new wheels.....but you can't say that cuz everyone has different taste

yes oh god is the right thing to say that gold sol is sex ... so damn hard to find those bumpers it aint even funny .... Clean_Sol ... thats good words to my ears ... del sols are the hoe of the import world .. dont know wut ppl are missing until they have a del sol ... and yea its the heaviest civic .. but has a fun factor other civics dont and 99% of the people who have sold them regret it to pieces .. thanks god im the 2nd owner of my sol and through the years she has never let me down .. which mine will stay with me for a long time ............ HOPEFULLY.

yeah i saw him drive it to the gainesville sonic meet we had about 5-6 months ago and that was it.
