This thread is full of comeplete, unadulterated douchebags. I was just going to let it go, like so many other retarded threads on this forum, but you guys are unbe-****ing-lievable. This is exactly what's wrong with an otherwise awesome enthusiast community in Atl.

She and her friend COULD HAVE DIED. Bottom line. Who gives a flying **** if he was speeding? It's not like a single one of you (myself included) has never exceeded the speed limit by a ridiculous amount in a situation that could have ended up much worse than this. Just take a cruise on 85 after midnight any time and check out the EFs and preludes buzzing about piloted by idiots who couldn't even tell you what lift throttle oversteer is, and they're doing 130mph in the HOV lane.

The important thing, OP, is that you and your friend walked away from the accident. Thank God for that. I don't even know who you are, but I'm glad you're ok, whatever the circumstances were.

I think we should all ****ing slow down. Be more careful. Driving fast is great, yeah, but use your judgement and don't point random fingers because you have nothing better to do. IA is supposed to be a community, right?

Please excuse the rant....but this is just ridiculous. It makes me so angry to see people like the ones in this thread souring a community that's supposed to be like a family. I love cars....that's why I joined IA; not because I like drama, like a lot of you seem to. If you drive an import and you love it, you're supposed to be welcome here....not if you "drive a 'clean' import that happens not to be scion, don't ever speed, don't ever make mistakes, and follow every stupid Honda trend exactly to the letter, and give reps when you should. No bodykits, no graphics, no wings. If you meet these criteria you're ok."

If your on this whole going slow rant then why did you get a WRX? It seems unneccesary to me if your just going the speed limit. Why not get a 2.5rs?

It was more about how these two people may have not made it out of that accident, and not a lot of people seem to appreciate that fact. That, to me, is unbelievable.
