    Default weekend project*PAINTING BBS EVO MR RIMS*

    me and my buddy mike got bored last night and decided to paint his BBS Evo MR wheels. we took our time and did them right and they came out really good. we cleaned the rims, stripped them, primed, painted then cleared the rims.

    so here ya go peoples..this is what u get when ricers get bored

    his car is white with tint, black housing headlights and tail lights, and its a RS so it has black door handles and mirrors so hes got a white/black theme going on so it was natural to paint them black

    I was worried when I came into this thread. I thought it was another Time Attack-style wheel thread.

    he wanted to do white but keeping them clean would really suck with the brake setup he has cause it creates alot of dust. the gunmetal just didnt look right on his car with it being white in my opinion.

    its called "klean strip premium stripper" we got it at wallmart last night. its in a spray can and u just spray then rims, let it sit for 10 min. or so and it straight eats all the clear and paint off down to allmost bare metal. the sh1t is amazing.

    so u mean i went and used that bull**** airplane remover, ametal paint can, and a paint brush and spent hours scrubbing to get a half ass job for nothing...

    i think i saw that suff too..lol
