    I did business with JDMJoe and MikesEK to get my third EF (the one I'm currently building)

    Offer to him what I offered to my sellers...
    "I'll pay as much as I can up front, you deliver the car, you hold the title. When I have the rest to pay it off, I'll take the title from your hands"

    Protects the seller. Unfortunately, doesn't protect you, much, but the offer helps both of ya'll out.
