whats with the popularity of V.I.P. cars? Particularly THIS forums obsession with them, I hadn't heard of them until I came here. All I see is a heavy luxury car, with boy racer gear thrown on, and compromised manuverability due to lowering and body panels that nearly scrape the floor.A BMW M6 is what I would drive if I actually WHERE some rich very important person, not a luxurious equivalent of a ricer.

^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle

the VIP style is more toward luxury, not racing. the ride is usually set with air ride. big wheels with a large lip. agressive body panels. and luxurious interior. VIPs as a whole, really dont have many performance add-ons.

That's cause you miss the ENTIRE point of a VIP car. It's not to maneuver, take corners or go fast. It's to go slow, be in luxury and style.

merely a way to add more flow in the body lines.... small duckbill spoilers and fender vents, when combined with either widebody or flares, flow well together.
i remember two stories of about how VIP got started. one was the yakuza switching out of german cars... yet showing more flare. the second was about street punk gangs tearing up and down the highways in the larger cars.

A Ferrari will beat a Turbo II RX7 anyday, who cares. I personally think Rotaries are large piles of crap and a waste of time and money. Why are you into them?

If you don't like it, move along and get what YOU like. VIP is hot atm. I like it, you don't. Great. Now go touch yourself.

i would have to say not true about german cars being much nicer than japanese luxury. i have been in many japanese luxury cars that are very much nicer than mercedes and bmw. i find the german cars to be lacking in style. the comfort levels are about the same, but interior styling could use a bump on the german side.

Euro luxury cars are just over rated and over priced. VIP cars were created for the Japanese big dogs that don't drive a benz or bimmer. I've done tons of work to euro cars b/c they have way more problems than jap. cars. I'd take a VIP car over any benz or bimmer anyday. Well, with expection of an SLR or any other very high end euro car which only comes by dream.
Back to the subject, Those JP cars are amazing and agreed with the 03 M45. I will own one sooner or later, to add to my Infiniti garage.

Waste of money? If you say so.

You don't understand it so it's obviously stupid, because you are the import gospel right? YOUR opinion is the only one that matters? Whatever.

I really like the shape of the old Q45s. Those M45's arent' bad though. I just feel like the Q looks more authoritative...and that's what I feel like a VIP car is all about.

    Here are some more.

Yea, it looks like something I'd do if I had the money! I'm one who still likes body kits for the mere fact of adding to the lines of a car, I like big bawllah wheels, I like big lux cars..........I just don't own one or can't currently afford anything of that nature..
